This is a fabulous antique petite five~light brass chandelier, loaded with aurora borealis/iridescent lead crystal prisms...

This sweet fixture has been rewired and the sockets and candle sleeves have been replaced. Fifteen feet of cord, with plug and switch, has been added, along with 5+ feet of gothic vintage brass chain so that it can hang as a swag. It can easily be hardwired and if you need the matching ceiling canopy, leave a message with your purchase.

The large scrolly prism holder arms are a unique and elegant feature of this chandelier. The patina is dark and perfect, and the brass detailing is sublime. The prism holder arms have crystal bead strands draped between them, and there are two large aurora borealis lead crystal teardrops, and a smaller aurora borealis icicle prism at each of the five holders. The light bobeches hold 3 medium and 3 large aurora borealis lead crystal teardrop prisms. They are staggered with crystal prism chains to enhance the overall appearance and beauty of the chandelier. There are large ab teardrop prisms under each of the arms and icicle prisms on the beaded strands that drape around the arms. The bottom center finial holds a gorgeous strand of ab lead crystal beads with a faceted ab crystal ball attached.

Measuring 12" in diameter and 18" long, it is a fairly substantial (heavy) chandelier. This would make a perfect, elegant and dazzling addition to the powder room, dressing room, foyer, porch, etc. It is to~die~for!!
