Purchases

Purchases can be made using the shopping cart where payment is made through Paypal.  If you prefer, Mastercard and Visa are accepted over the telephone.  If you would like to make a purchase using this method, please email me at sthompson1@rochester.rr.com  with the item number of the product that you would like to purchase so that I can make the necessary adjustment to inventory.  Call me at (585) 494-1703 to complete the transaction over the telephone.  Additionally, you can mail me your payment with a personal check or money order.  Just email me with the item number and I will send you mailing instructions.

Returns

Effective March 1, 2010, returns are no longer accepted.  

Layaway

Layaway is available on many higher~priced items.  A 25% non~refundable deposit is required, and the balance must be paid in full within a 30~day timeframe.  Contact me at sthompson1@rochester.rr.com prior to purchase to see if  an item qualifies.

 

Holding Items 

Requests to hold an item for a short time period (two day maximum) is acceptable.  Contact me at sthompson1@rochester.rr.com to request an item be held ~ I will place the item on hold for you for up to two days.  The "hold" status is removed after two days. 

Custom Orders

If you are looking for a unique chandelier to accent a special room or add a touch of sparkling brilliance to brighten up an otherwise lackluster space, I will create a special piece based on your style and color preferences.  Whether you would like your fixture ready to hard-wire or prefer to hang it swag style, a chandelier will be designed with your ideas in mind.

I will incorporate antique and vintage crystals and lighting components into your custom fixture that will give you a truly unique piece of art to enhance your living space or outdoor space, as well as compliment your personal style.  If you are looking for a vintage chandelier fixture to fit a specific space, I will be happy to find what you need, refurbish it and dress it as lavishly in crystal as you desire!  There are no discounts on custom orders.  Custom orders are excluded from sales, promotional offers, and any other special events offered. 

Email me at sthompson1@rochester.rr.com to discuss your needs.  A 50% non~refundable deposit is requested prior to beginning a special order that is over $100.00, with the balance, plus shipping, due at the time of completion.  Custom orders ~ wind chimes ~ under $100.00 will need to be paid in full prior to beginning the work.  Special orders generally take three~four weeks but can take longer depending on the availability of crystals, parts, and scope of the project.  Prior to shipping your item(s), I will email you pictures for approval.

 

Shipping

US Customers:  
Flat rate shipping charges are based on total purchase amount . You will see the shipping charge in your shopping cart when you add an item.  Packages are shipped usually within five to ten days of purchase, via USPS Priority and insurance is included.   Please note ~ some items are heavier than the stated shipping rate will cover for priority mailing.  In these instances, Parcel Post will be the shipping method.

International Customers:
Packages are shipped via US Postal Service, usually within five days of purchase; please email me at sthompson1@rochester.rr.com for information regarding shipping charges.

Discount Pricing 

Each item I sell is a hand~crafted, one-of-a-kind art piece; I am pleased to offer discount pricing for multiple purchases.  Discounts are offered on in~stock items only.  Custom orders do not qualify for discount pricing.  Please email me for more information regarding discounts.
